So um das mal aufzuklären und abzuschliessen, auch wenn es lange gedauert hat. Das Steuergerät tatsächlich wie vermutet defekt! Steuergerät wurde getauscht und die Kiste läuft wieder!

Danke für´s Feedback. Hatte Dich und Dein Problem nach so langer Zeit schon gar nicht mehr auf dem Schirm.
Das war ja dann ein teures "Vergnügen", aber Hauptsache der Bock läuft wieder.
