I'm not that fluent in german, so I will try to express myself in English. Hope that's OK!
I'm from Denmark and I have a 1989 XLH 1200 Sportster. It has forward controls from a former german brand called "Fischer" mounted, but as of right now, I am unable to get it through a MOT and get a license plate, due to the fact that I don't have the TÜV certificate. It seems like it's almost an impossible task to find, and I'm almost running out of solutions, so I really hope that some of you in this forum, are able to help me out here! I would be forever grateful!

All of this is new to me, so I want to make sure it's done right. Is this a TÜV certificate for all of the forward controls that were made? I thought it would be somewhat with matching numbers and so on...

Everything I needed. Got it through MOT today and got a license plate for it, so now I'm able to ride.. Thanks a lot, dude Owe you one, bigtime! Gotta be keeping on to that paper, just in case I will ever need it again
